High aluminum brick and anti-peeling brick in the firing temperature is also different, anti-peeling brick than high aluminum brick high temperature firing temperature 30℃ higher, anti-peeling brick than high aluminum brick thermal conductivity is low, load softening temperature is high. The reason why high aluminum bricks can not enter the large cement rotary dry kiln is that the service life is low, and the repair and stop of the kiln frequently form a large amount of energy loss and economic loss. More importantly, it can not resist the inherent shortcomings of use in harsh parts.
The refractoriness of high alumina brick is mainly affected by the content of aluminum, and the refractoriness increases with the increase of the content of aluminum. High aluminum brick is a neutral material, the ability to resist alkaline slag is much weaker than the anti-spalling brick. High aluminum brick is mainly used in blast furnace, hot blast furnace, electric furnace top, blast furnace, reverberation furnace, calcium carbide furnace lining. In addition, high aluminum bricks can also be used in the production of lattice bricks, can also be made into plug head, water brick and so on.
The use of high-aluminum bricks is relatively more than the use of anti-spalling bricks, the amount is large, and there are many differences in price.
