Physically, an electrical cable is an assembly consisting of one or more conductors with their own insulations and optional screens, individual coverings, assembly protection and protective covering.

Rotary seals, also known as radial shaft seals or lip seals, are essential components used in rotating machinery to prevent the leakage of fluids and to protect the moving parts from external contaminants. They are commonly used in applications such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and engines.

Ball bearings are mechanical components used to reduce friction and support rotational or linear motion. They consist of a outer race, inner race, a cage (or retainer), and a set of balls that roll between the races. Ball bearings are commonly used in various applications, including automotive, industrial machinery, household appliances, and more.

A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine is a computer-controlled machine tool used for precision machining operations. It is capable of automating various manufacturing processes and is widely used in industries such as metalworking, woodworking, plastic fabrication, and more. 

The SC type oil seal, also known as a single lip oil seal, is a rotary seal commonly used for sealing fluids or preventing contaminants from entering mechanical components. It typically consists of a metal case with a rubber or elastomer lip that makes contact with the rotating shaft. The TC type oil seal, also known as a double-lip oil seal, incorporates an additional wiper lip along with the primary sealing lip. The wiper lip acts as a protective barrier, wiping away dirt, debris, and other contaminants from the shaft surface before they can reach the sealing lip. This design offers enhanced protection against external contaminants, making TC type oil seals suitable for applications exposed to harsh environments or contaminants.

An oil seal, also known as a shaft seal or grease seal, is a mechanical seal used to prevent the leakage of lubricants, such as oil or grease, from a rotating or reciprocating shaft. It is designed to retain the lubricant within the system while keeping contaminants out.

Thrust ball bearing is a separate type of bearing, the shaft ring, the seat ring can be separated from the cage, the steel ball components. The shaft ring is a ring matched with the shaft, and the seat ring is a ring matched with the bearing seat hole, and there is a gap between the shaft.

Sleeve bearings, also known as plain bearings or bushings, are a type of bearing that provide low-friction rotational support between two moving parts. Unlike roller or ball bearings, sleeve bearings use a cylindrical sleeve or bushing instead of rolling elements.

Rolling bearing is a kind of precision mechanical element that changes the sliding friction between the running shaft and the shaft seat into rolling friction, thereby reducing friction loss. Rolling bearings are generally composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and cage. The inner ring is used to match with the shaft and rotate with the shaft; the outer ring is used to match with the bearing seat and play a supporting role; the rolling element is evenly distributed between the inner ring and the outer ring with the help of the cage, and its shape, size and number directly affect the performance and life of the rolling bearing; the cage can make the rolling element evenly distributed, guide the rolling element to rotate and play a lubricating role.

We focus on the research and development of electric porcelain/composite insulators and bushings of voltage levels of 1100 kV (±1 100 kV) and below. We mainly provide: AC rod-shaped post porcelain insulators and suspension/post composite insulators; DC rod-shaped post porcelain insulators and rod-shaped suspension composite insulators; hollow porcelain insulators/composite insulators for various electrical equipment in power stations; AC and DC bushings for transformers and reactors; various electrical equipment outlet bushings and wall bushings, etc.
